This Transporter is new.

Been in the same family since 1978.
Owned by an elderly uncle.  The nephew took over the restoration five years ago and has invested nearly $100,000.  

This Transporter would be better than when new.
 All suspension, Steering and brakes were rebuilt or replaced by Porsche specialists Gameface Motorsport of Whittier Ca. 

Engine is completely new.  1904 cc, twin webers 40 DCOE, extra oil cooler. 105 HP. Dino sheet etc.  Cost $12,000
Built by Chico performance.

Transmission rebuilt to a Freeway Flyer spec with longer ratios.
Built by Rancho Transmissions, Fullerton Ca.  

Vehicle comes with history and receipts.  

Interior also redone to a very high spec. 
An extremely straight truck that is also corrosion free. 

This Transporter would probably be one of the nicest and high spec, available in the world today
